“We are excited to announce the release of BTS member Jung Kook’s solo album ‘Golden,’” the agency said.
It added, ““Golden’ is an album inspired by the golden moments of Jung Kook, the golden maknae of BTS and a solo artist.”
The album will have 11 tracks including the previously released singles "Seven (feat. Latto)" and "3D (feat. Jack Harlow).”
Last July, Jungkook revealed that he would release an album in November after two singles.
“After the single, I have another single And then, I'll be releasing a small mini album by November,” he told Suga when he became a guest on his YouTube show “Suchwita.”
When Suga asked him about the songs in his album, Jungkook said the songs were not ready yet (as of the filming of the episode).
“No. I have to start working on them now,” said Jungkook.
“Seven” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and spent weeks on top of the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. US charts.
