A closer look at some of the most jaw-dropping jewelry pieces seen at ABS-CBN Ball 2023

Big, bold, and statement jewelry pieces

With a black-tie dress code, Filipino stars were expected to bring opulence and glamor to the recent ABS-CBN Ball 2023. From the best local creations to the most stunning pieces sourced from international fashion houses, the event was definitely one of the chicest nights in the local entertainment scene. What’s also on display on the red carpet were big, bold, and statement jewelry pieces the celebrities donned to complete their looks.

Andrea Brillantes was a vision in red wearing a sultry gown by Filipino designer Michael Leyva. Completing her look was a necklace courtesy of jeweler Luna by Drake Dustin. The piece featured a 57-carat natural ruby with mixed-cut diamonds with a total weight of 51-carat.

Other stars leaned on Cebu-based jewelry brand Diagold for their dose of sparkle. Janella Salvador wowed everyone with her sculpted gown by Filipino fashion designer Anthony Ramirez paired with the brand's Ditra emerald and diamond necklace. While Dolly de Leon was simply regal in her Sassa Jimenez gown adorned with black diamond earrings.

Choker necklaces were also present on the red carpet. Julia Barreto donned an alternating baguette and marquise diamond choker by JMA Jewelry. While Catriona Gray styled her Julianne Syjuco gown with Bulgari's Allegra necklace featuring amethyst, peridot, pink tourmaline, citrine quartz, blue topaz stones, and pavé diamonds.

Belle Mariano also opted to wear jewelry pieces courtesy of Bulgari. For the event, she wore her Michael Leyva ball gown with the Italian jeweler's Diva's Dream diamond earrings and sapphire necklace.
