10-year-old boy drowns in Silay City

BACOLOD CITY â€“ A 10-year-old boy drowned in the sea in Sitio Dacutan Dacu, Barangay Mambulac, Silay Ciy, Negros Occidental on Sunday, October 1.

Police withheld the name of the victim.

The victim went swimming with his siblings and after a while, his sister informed their mother that her brother was found floating on the sea.

They tried to revive the victim and was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.

The victim was allegedly suffering from an illness.
