PRO-13 all set for BSKE

CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – The Police Regional Office-13 is ready for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections (BSKE) on Monday, October 30.

“All set and all systems go,” PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft said.

Kraft said 6,316 policemen have been deployed to secure 1,349 voting centers in the Caraga region.

He added all mobilities and other equipment intended for the elections have also been deployed in the five provinces and six cities in the region.

No election-related incidents have been recorded in the region so far as intensified security measures remain in place, Kraft said.

Kraft reminded voters and candidates to never engage in vote- buying and vote-selling or face the legal consequences from the Commission on Elections.

“I appeal to the community and to our media partners to unite with us,” he said. “The success of our elections is not a solitary achievement but a collective endeavor that hinges on unity,” Kraft added.
