Pasay police visit business establishments, terminals in preparation for BSKE, Undas
The Pasay City police- Community Affairs Section (CAS) visited different business establishments in the implementation of the liquor and gun ban from Oct. 29 to 30.
The police reminded the public that vote buying and selling are prohibited during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election (BSKE) on Monday, Oct. 30.
The police also visited bus terminals and gave lectures to passengers about going to their province to vote and visit their departed relatives.
Col. Froilan Uy, city police chief said members of CAS visited the DLTB, LLI, and JAC Liner bus terminals located along Gil Puyat Avenue and told passengers to be very extra careful and vigilant during their travel.
Uy said members of CAS discussed with passengers the criminal modus operandi such as Salisi Gang, Bukas Kotse Gang, Laglag Barya Gang, Tutok-Kalawit Gang, Theft and Robbery.
He said the police are already prepared with the deployment during the conduct of BSKE and observance of Undas 2023.
