Parañaque mayor lights giant Christmas tree in SM Sucat

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez led the lighting of a giant Christmas tree at SM City Sucat on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Olivarez was joined by his brother, Congressman Edwin Olivarez, City Tourism Office and acting Public Information Office officer-in-charge Melquiades I. Alipo-on, and SM City Sucat officials in lighting the giant Christmas tree ceremony themed “Frosty Wonderland”.

The mayor said the true Christmas spirit is to give love, care to families, friends, and others and be forgiving. 

Olivarez wished happiness to all and said that love for all must not only be observed during the Christmas season.

He also said the lighted giant Christmas tree will give happiness to shoppers, especially the kids.
