FEU, Mapua University grads top October 2023 electronics technicians licensure exam


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, Oct. 27 that Jedidiah Yandog Kosca from Far Eastern University (FEU)-Alabang and Rigil Kent Dacayanan Olegario from Mapua University-Manila had both achieved the highest scores on the October 2023 electronics technicians board exam.

Kosca and Olegario both had averages of 95 percent.

With a score of 94 percent, John March Urbano Celeste from the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas took second place.

PRC said 1,366, or 73.5 percent of 1,858 examinees passed the October 2023 electronics technicians licensure examination.

The board exam took place in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

It was facilitated by the Board of Electronics Engineering, headed by its chairman, Alnar L. Detalla and members, Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Herminio J. Orbe.
