Light rains to prevail over parts of Northern, Central Luzon due to 'amihan'
The northeast monsoon or "amihan" will continue to affect the Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, Oct. 26.

PAGASA said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The public is warned of possible flash floods and landslides during moderate to heavy rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA also warned the public to be vigilant against flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. (Lizst Torres Abello)
