A heartwarming story of resilience awaits viewers as Karen Davila features Kristina Po, a billionaire who lost her money to an investment scam at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, in “My Puhunan” this Saturday (Oct. 28). 

Kristina never thought her family would suffer financially during the lockdown, but when she became a victim of an investment scam that drained her savings, she and her family reached a point where finding the means to buy food to eat became a problem. Kristina also struggled with her mental health during this difficult moment in her life. 

Drawing inspiration from her family, Kristina fought and bounced back by launching Shinjiru Wellness PH that she started in her home with the help of her kid who is in the autism spectrum.

Meanwhile, Migs Bustos gets to know Michael Berso, a former OFW in Kuwait who is now a proud owner of a pancit bato eatery that went viral on social media. It wasn’t in Michael’s plan to open up an eatery for good in a Quezon City public market as he still had to go back to Kuwait, but when his humble business began to enjoy a flock of regular customers, he decided to resign and manage his new business seriously.
