Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cheloy Garail disclosed that the Office of the Executive Secretary "has no plan" of declaring it as a holiday.

Oct. 31, Tuesday, will be sandwiched between two special non-working holidays and is in the middle of a long weekend holiday.

Marcos has declared Oct. 30, 2023, Monday, a special non-working day across the country to allow the people to vote in the much-awaited Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

It will be followed by two more holidays —Nov. 1 and 2—for the observance of All Souls' and Saints' Days.
