Tiangco stated that the preparation of the usufruct agreement took them five years due to the limited space in the city, and they were mandated to acquire pieces of land through expropriation in order to establish our new central fire station.

"Navotas has fire stations at Brgy. Sipac Almacen, Tangos North, and Tanza 1. Building an additional station would increase our efficiency in responding to emergencies, so we can prevent incidents that could claim lives and property,” he added.
