Water interruptions to hit Caloocan, Navotas, Valenzuela

West zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. announced a week-long water disruptions in parts of Caloocan, Navotas, and Valenzuela.

Starting Monday, Oct. 23, Maynilad will conduct network maintenance activities during the late evenings and early mornings which will result in minimal to no water service in some households within the three cities.

The maintenance is said to be an ongoing effort in order to improve Maynilad’s water services.

Below is the list of affected areas and their schedule:

Oct. 23 to 24, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Caloocan City — Brgys. 21 to 31, and 159
Navotas City — Navotas West, Sipac-Almacen, Bagumbayan North, Navotas East and West
Valenzuela City — West Canumay

Oct. 24 to 25, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Caloocan City — Brgys. 5, 9, 13, 46 to 49, 50, 51, 87, 89, 92, 94, 96, 136, 138, 139, 146 and 150

Oct. 25 to 26, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Navotas City — Brgys. Tangos, San Rafael, Northbay Boulevard (North)

Oct. 26 to 27, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Caloocan City — Brgys. 92, 94 to 100, 110, and 116
Navotas City — Tangos

Oct. 27 to 28, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Caloocan City — Brgys. 25, 29, 30, 32 to 35, 65 to 67, 69, 70, 75, 99 to 102 and Balingasa
Navotas City — Northbay Boulevard (North), San Jose

Residents are advised to start storing up their water supply to minimize the inconvenience. In case of emergency, Maynilad’s water tankers will be present to assist the barangays listed above. (Gabriell Christel Galang)
