Rape suspect falls in Laguna


CAMP GEN. PACIANO RIZAL, Laguna – Police arrested a man wanted for statutory rape on Thursday, October 19, in Calauan, this province.

Police Col. Harold Depositar, Laguna police director, said the suspect “Eduardo,” was nabbed through a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, 4th Judicial Region, Family Court Branch 8, Calamba City, Laguna dated September 8, 2023.

The court recommended no bail for the suspect.

Eduardo was listed as the most wanted person on the regional level of Police Regional Office 4-A.

He is in the temporary custody of the Calauan police.

Depositar assured the people that wanted persons won’t go unpunished.
