PRC sets virtual oathtaking of new midwives

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), on Friday, Oct. 20, announced the date for the online oathtaking of new midwives.

The PRC-Butuan City will lead the oathtaking ceremony, which will take place online via Zoom on Oct. 27 at 10 a.m.

PRC said inductees must wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.

Moreover, the PRC emphasized that attendees should secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select "E-OATH" as the transaction.

Meanwhile, it also noted that the online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day.

Inductees must also print the "Oath of Professional" form, downloadable from its official website under PRC Online Services.
