The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Friday, Oct. 20, announced that a lotto player who bet in Norzagaray, Bulacan won the P15.8 million Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot.

The bettor correctly guessed the winning digit combination 26-31-41-14-05-10 with a jackpot of P15,840,000 in the Oct. 19 evening draw.

However, PCSO said since the jackpot prize exceeded P10,000, it will be subject to a 20 percent tax deduction under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law.
Moreover, under the Republic Act (RA 1169) or the PCSO Charter, if the jackpot prize remains unclaimed, it will be forfeited and will go to the PCSO Charity Fund.
The Super Lotto draw is held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
