LOOK: Camille Villar makes little girl's day with animal-themed backpack

House Deputy Speaker Las PiÃ±as lone district Rep. Camille Villar recently distributed backpacks and school supplies at the Christ the King Child Development Center (CDC) in Barangay Talon 4 in Las PiÃ±as City.

One of the beneficiaries of the distribution was a little girl who hugged the animal-themed backpack like it was her new best friend. The look of satisfaction on her face after receiving Ate Camille's gift was truly that of innocence and happiness that can only come from a kid.

Before the backpacks were handed out to the children of Talon 4, the ranking congresswoman led a storytelling session with them.

Villar also donated reading materials at part of her "Handog Karunungan" book donation drive. The program seeks to inspire young students to take up reading, a hobby that she has enjoyed since she was a kid.
