Social media influencer Boss Toyo revealed that he reached out to Pia Magalona before he uploaded the video of Abegail Rait, alleged lover of King of Rap Francis Magalona.

"We texted her (Pia Magalona) twice to inform her na nagpunta si Abegail and the kid. I also informed her through text na naka-schedule siya ng 8 a.m. to be uploaded. So I didn't get a response. Alam ko rin naman kung ano yung mapi-feel ni Mam Pia. Alam ko naman yun eh," said Boss Toyo, when asked if he contacted Pia prior to uploading the video of Abegail, in an interview with Julius and Tintin on OnePH News recently.

Boss Toyo added: "Hindi naman ako mag-ga-gaslight na hindi ko alam na may masasaktan. Pero kasi kahit hindi siya sa akin lumabas, lalabas siya eh. 

"I didn't bother to call kasi nahiya rin ako. Hindi ko rin talaga alam kung paano ko sasabihin kasi alam ko yung pakiramdam. Pero nangyari na. At nailabas na sa publiko. I didn't know if I need to say sorry to anyone. Pwede ako mag-apologize kung may masaktan Hindi naman tayo masamang tao so it''s all business for me. Lahat ng ginagawa ko sa buhay is for my business, kung paano kumita," Boss Toyo said.

On Oct 17, in the latest episode of "Pinoy Pawnstars" by Boss Toyo, Abegail Rait from Imus, Cavite, and her daughter Francesca visited the shop to sell a jersey given to them by the Pinoy rapper.

In a separate interview with news anchor Cheryl Cosim on News5, Boss Toyo said the video of Abegail and her daughter was shot last Oct. 13.

Boss Toyo said he was surprised by the revelation.

"Wala akong idea na merong ganun si idol Francis (Magalona). Pero sa akin okay lang naman yun kasi meron talagang mga ganung pangyayari na hindi natin inaasahan. Pero nagulat talaga ako sa bigla revelation na nangyari. Actually iniisip ko talaga kung ia-upload ko siya or what eh. So nagdecide na lang ako na i-upload," he said.

Boss Toyo said he met Pia during an auction event. "Kasi ako nakabili rin ako ng polo through auction. Ako po yung nanalo. Tapos doon ko po na-meet si Pia (Magalona)." But he pointed out he's not close to the Magalonas.

On Francesca, the alleged daughter of Francis M, Boss Toyo said: "Kamukhang-kamukha po kasi and yes may pictures. Never ako nagdoubt na may pupunta sa store ko kasi alam naman nila sa social media para gumawa ng story unless ordinary. Kasi yung mga involved na may celebrity status imposible po na sirain nila yung pangalan nila sa mga ganung halaga ng. bagay.

"So doon pa lang naniniwala na ako na its for real. Then pinakita naman yung mga supporting pictures. Mga ganun. So naniniwala po talaga ako," he also said.

More than the issues and backstory of Abegail, Boss Toyo said he was interested in the jersey of the late Pinoy rapper.

"Natuwa talaga ako na magkakaroon ako ng ganung item. It's more on the business side talaga ako eh. Yung mga issue at tsismis hindi po talaga yun ang purpose ko. Nagkataon lang na doon na-reveal. Karapatan din po noong nagpunta sa akin na ipalabas so hindi ko rin mahindian na hindi ko mailabas. kaya nagdecide ako na ilabas na rin po siya kasi nabili na rin po namin so kailangan may katibayan na talagang kay sir Francis yung polo. So kung wala po yung story, sayang po yung pera," he said.

Boss Toyo bought the rapper's jersey from Abegail for P500,000.
