Thai stars Fourth Nattawat, OffGun, TayNew coming to Manila

More Thai stars are coming to Manila for shows. 

Thai actor Fourth Nattawat will be performing during the finals night of The Miss Philippines on Oct. 24 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. 

“The Filipino Festival goes global with the Thai sensation performing at the Fest Time (like Super Bowl Halftime) to celebrate and promote the rich culture of the Philippines,” according to promoter CDM Philippines. 

Fourth Nattawat is an 18-year-old actor who gained popularity through the Thai BL (boys’ love) series “My School President.” He previously appeared in “F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.”

On the other hand, Thai BL series couples OffGun and TayNew will be coming to the country for their Beluca 1st Fan Meeting in Manila on Dec. 16 at the New Frontier Theater, according to Wilbros Live. 

Actors Gun Atthaphan and Off Jumpol, known as OffGun, starred in the BL series “Theory of Love” and “Our Skyy.” 

Tay Tawan and New Thitipoom, known as BL couple TayNew, starred in “Dark Blue Kiss,” “Kiss Me Again” and “Our Skyy.”

BL dramas, known as Y Series (from the Japanese word "yaoi") in Thailand, have become popular in many countries including the Philippines. 

Since last year, more Thai celebrities have visited the Philippines for shows.
