Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) Head Rosebelle Ligaya Mercurio told the Manila Bulletin that the new structure, expected to be completed in 14 months, will also house the extension facilities of the city’s Comprehensive Approach Responsive Education and Rehabilitation (CARER) program.
