Presidential son Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos recently led the conduct of a free theoretical driving course or TDC for his constituents.
The initiative was part of the broader Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) of the national government.
"In partnership with Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 1, we organized a free Theoretical Driving Course Seminar for at least 800 participants," Marcos wrote in a Facebook post over the weekend.

The upload included photos of the event. According to the LTO, the TDC is a 15-hour seminar or classroom session where all attendees are expected to learn about the basics of driving and road safety.
The TDC can cost P1,000 if sought from private driving institutions.
Marcos is a senior deputy majority leader in the House of Representatives.
