The defending M-series world champion in the Orcas seized the top spot of the standings with a 10-3 record after the action-packed six-week regular season. ECHO actually came one win away from rewriting history and surpassing the longest match win streak of 10 games if not for the 2-0 loss to RSG Philippines

The M4 champions then suffered two more losses that dampened what was once a splendid run, although it hardly mattered as they had already secured the top spot of the standings.

Coming in second was the Beehive who were composed of the players from the IESF world champion Sibol national team. The team finished with an even 7-7 record, enough for 24 points and beat the third seed Blacklist International, which sported a better 8-6 slate, for the upper bracket spot.

Looking to reclaim its lost glory, Blacklist, which only wound up with 22 points in the regular season, is now set to face No. 5 Onic Philippines in the first round of the playoffs. The winner of the match will then face ECHO in the upper bracket.

Over at the other pairing, No. 4 RSG locks horns with No. 6 Omega Esports with the winner getting the right to challenge AP.Bren in the next round.

Riding the crest of its crucial wins over AP.Bren and RSG in the final week, Omega caught the last bus to the playoffs, knocking Minana EVOS out of contention in the process.

TNC, for the third straight season, finished at the cellar with a 3-11 slate.
