Globe Group’s shared services company Asticom Group of Companies garnered certifications for data security and information technology (IT) service management from the International Organization for Standardization and International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC).
Asticom received ISO/IEC 27001, pertaining to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of information security management systems, which can facilitate “better risk management, cyber-resilience and operational excellence” for companies.
Meanwhile, ISO/IEC 20000-1 focuses on improving the service management system (SMS) of companies, including the delivery, design, planning, and transition of services to achieve customer satisfaction.
