In recognition every employee’s contribution to achieving an important milestone in the company’s long-term business evolution road map, one of the leading food companies in the country, NutriAsia Inc., recently treated its employees on a three-day trip to Tokyo, Japan. All NutriAsia employees, regardless of role or rank, received five-star accommodation and experience. The treat and celebration coincided with the company’s foundation day.
Marking 32 years of creating well-loved brands of Filipino cooking and dipping staples, the company decided to celebrate this important milestone by giving back to the very people responsible for making it all possible. With its “Masarap, Masaya, and Mahusay” culture, the company recognizes the importance of giving its employees a positive working environment and encouraging healthy working relationships.

This Japan trip is the third year that NutriAsia has treated its employees to out-of-country trips to recognize the achievement of a significant business milestone. The first two were five-star experiences in Hong Kong and Singapore.
