The pickup wars appear to be heating up. Not one to sit idly by, Isuzu is jumping into the fight with their D-Max Limited sporting eye-catching upgrades.
The D-Max Limited positions itself as the perfect combination of style and performance, being easily driven from the city to any weekend off-road adventure.
New sleek and sporty design
Added to the D-Max Limited is its newly-designed blackout grille with an eye-catching red Isuzu logo accentuating its front. The same red accent carried over to its new front bumper guard giving the D-Max a more distinctive and macho appeal. On its side, it sports a gray body graphics with a red limited logo that extends all the way to its tailgate.
Completing its aggressive exterior is the newly-designed sidestep board, for non-slip easy ingress and egress of its driver and passengers. Anticipating the active lifestyle of the owners of these variants, Isuzu also gave this variant a newly-designed premium D-Max Limited carpet, made with high quality material, providing a premium look and protection inside the cabin.
All of these exterior and interior accessories were designed by Isuzu Accessories and Service Parts, Thailand (IAST), so their customers can be assured of the quality and durability of the accessory package.
Improved driving performance
These additions are topped by 17-inch satin black finish alloy wheels fitted with on 265/70 R17 all-terrain tires. They ride on monotube nitrogen-charged performance shock absorbers with rigid rear shackles, increasing the ground clearance to 260 mm, while still providing the vehicle stability, and control even when traversing challenging roads.
Powering the D-Max Limited is the reliable 3.0L 4JJ3-TCX Blue Power engine, the new D-MAX Limited is capable of producing 190-PS maximum power and 450-Nm maximum torque.
Designed for double duty
Just like its owners, the Isuzu D-Max is a champion in different fields – on harsh terrain, dirt, and paved roads – it is always ready to complement the demanding lifestyle of its customers. The Isuzu D-Max nameplate has been in the country since 2003 and over the years has proven to be a favorite among Filipino families due to its durability, reliability and fuel efficiency.
“The new Isuzu D-Max Limited makes the already appealing D-Max pick-up even more attractive to those looking for added character on their vehicle. Designed with uniqueness and individuality in mind, this vehicle is fit for those with a deeper passion in life, especially the adventurous type,” said IPC President Tetsuya Fujita.
Competitive pricing
Strategically positioned to compete with other accessorized pickups in the market, the new Isuzu D-Max Limited is only available as a 3.0L 4x2 LS-A AT variant in Onyx Black color. In spite of all the premium upgrades, it is still competitively priced at P1,580,000; which will be made available in all Isuzu dealerships within the month.
