6th EDDYS Awards Night postponed

The officials and members of SPEEd have decided to temporarily cancel the awards night of The EDDYS, which was supposed to be held at the EVM Convention Center in Quezon City.

The Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd) has announced that the 6th The EDDYS or Entertainment Editors' Choice on Oct. 22 will be postponed.

The officials and members of SPEEd have decided to temporarily cancel the awards night of The EDDYS, which was supposed to be held at the EVM Convention Center in Quezon City.

Eugene Asis, the group's president, explained that unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer and producer have led to the decision to cancel the October 22 event. Consequently, they have rescheduled the date and venue for The EDDYS awards night.

The leadership of SPEEd, in collaboration with Airtime Marketing Philippines, under the ownership of Tessie Celestino-Howard (the producer of the 6th The EDDYS), will provide further details once all necessary adjustments are in place.

The event's organizer and producer deeply apologize to the nominees, everyone involved in the production, and the eagerly awaiting public, who look forward to this event each year.
