3 suspects yield P517K 'shabu' in Dasmariñas buy-bust

CAVITE – Three drug suspects were nabbed in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and Dasmariñas Component City Police Station (CCPS) on Tuesday, Oct. 17.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the suspects as alias Edzed, alias Rey, and alias Bren.

Confiscated from the suspects were more or less 75 grams of suspected “shabu” with an estimated street value of P517,500.

The suspects are now under the custody of PDEU and will be turned over to Dasmariñas CCPS. They are facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

In a statement, Cavite PPO Chief Col. Eleuterio M. Ricardo Jr. encouraged the community to continue collaborating with the police to combat criminality in the province.
