BACOLOD CITY – Police said a tricycle driver was gunned down by a fellow tricycle driver due to grudges in Purok Yellowbell, Barangay Binubuhan, Bago City, Negros Occidental on Monday, October 16.
Police identified the victim as 37-year-old Joey Mallo.

Mallo was waiting for passengers when the suspect, 31-year-old Francis Dalisay, arrived and parked his tricycle.
A witness saw them in a heated argument and four gunshots were heard moments later.
Mallo sustained four bullet wounds in the chest and was declared dead in a hospital.
Recovered from the crime scene were four fired cartridges of an unknown firearm.
The suspect fled and is the subject of a manhunt.
