Partly cloudy weather to prevail in Metro Manila, most of PH
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Oct. 17 said partly cloudy to cloudy skies will continue to prevail in Metro Manila and most parts of the country.

However, isolated rain showers may still be expected in Metro Manila, most parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao due to the localized thunderstorms, said PAGASA.
PAGASA also said cloudy skies with rains will be experienced in Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela due to the prevailing northeasterly surface wind flow.
The state-run weather bureau, meanwhile, warned the public in high-risk areas for possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) seen at the west of Luzon and its trough or extension do not affect the country. (Lizst Torres Abello)
