Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines Ilan Fluss has released a collage of the photos of some of the alleged victims of Hamas militants' surprise attack on Israel, and has paid tribute to them.
"May their memory be a blessing," Fluss said.

The Israeli envoy grieved the lives lost by the "innocent victims" as the death toll on the Israeli side due to the militant group's assault reached 1,400. More than a hundred have also been taken hostage and are unheard of.
The Israeli government said it would fight back as it asserted its rights to defend itself, a stand supported by other countries.
"In this moment of anguish, we call on our friends and allies to express strong support for Israel and to condemn these terror attacks by Hamas," the Israeli government said.
"As we navigate these challenging times, a resounding message reverberates: Stand with Israel, condemn the attacks by Hamas, and reject terrorism unequivocally," it added.
