Cebu Pacific implements measures in NAIA for 'Undas'
Cebu Pacific Air (CEB), one of the Philippines’ low-cost airlines, is implementing measures to assist travelers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) this coming ‘Undas’ season.
Passengers for international flights in non-visa countries may now scan the barcode from their itinerary receipts or enter their booking reference number at the kiosks near Aisle E to complete their check-in process. They can also scan their passports at the kiosk for verification.
After their boarding passes have been printed, passengers with no check-in bags may head straight to the boarding gate. Other travel documents that need verification will be checked at the bag drop counters.
Those who will be affected by flight disruptions, particularly travelers who are entitled to avail of meals, may present their boarding passes at 7-Eleven, Bus Gate Goodies, Chatime, EBG, Global Topps, and Kaishu; all of which are CEB-accredited stores in NAIA T3.

To avoid long queues at the airport, CEB is advising travelers to check-in online via the official CEB app or the Manage Booking section of the website. Online check-in is available from seven days up to an hour before departure time for domestic flights, and four hours for international flights.
Passengers traveling to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) can check in seven hours before their departure time.
Check-in counters close an hour before departure time to ensure pre-flight procedures are properly followed. The airline will begin to board passengers 45 minutes before the flight.
“Cebu Pacific is focused on ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, especially during peak travel periods. We are committed to improve our services at NAIA T3 so that our customers can travel more conveniently and reach their destinations with ease,” said Lei Apostol, CEB Vice President for Customer Service Operations.
Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Officer-in-Charge Brian Andersen Co, said that “MIAA and Cebu Pacific are working closely with each other to ensure a seamless experience for the riding public.”
“These initiatives are in line with our overall goal to make travelling easier and more enjoyable to passengers passing through NAIA,” he added.
CEB is reminding passengers to arrive at the airport three or four hours before their flights.
The airline recommends passengers have only one 7kg carry-on bag to bring inside the airplane.
Some of the exempted items allowed in the plane along with the carry-on bag are gadgets or food items that cannot be checked-in; items purchased inside the airport (with proof of receipt); assistive or medical items such as walking canes, foldable walkers; baby food and necessities for passengers traveling with infants; and a small bag that can fit under the seat.
