Partly cloudy weather to prevail in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, Oct. 15 said partly cloudy to cloudy skies will continue to prevail in Metro Manila and in parts of Luzon in the next three days.

However, isolated rain showers will still be felt in the afternoon and evening due to localized thunderstorms, said PAGASA.
Meanwhile, Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to the trough or extension of Low Pressure Area (LPA) being monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
PAGASA warned against flash floods and landslides in high-risk areas during moderate to heavy rains.
Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will also be experienced in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Abra due to the prevailing northeasterly surface wind flow. (Lizst Torres Abello)
