Water maintenance to hit 11 brgys in Metro Manila

Eleven barangays in the eastern parts of Metro Manila will experience water interruptions starting Friday, Oct. 13 to Oct. 20.

In a service improvement announcement by the Manila Water Co., Angono and Montalban Rizal as well as Makati City will undergo line and network maintenance, improvement, and interconnection.

These activities are said to improve the concessionaire's service for the areas affected by the disruption.

Nonetheless, all of the scheduled works are to be conducted from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM to avoid heavy inconvenience to consumers.

Below is the list of barangays and the dates:

Oct. 13 to 14

  • Angono, Rizal – Parts of Brgy. San Isidro (Botong Francisco [Heraldville Subdivision, Rosario Village, Village East 2])
  • Montalban, Rizal – Brgy. Geronimo

Oct. 19 to 20

  • Makati – Brgys. Santa Cruz, La Paz, San Antonio, Pio Del Pilar
  • Makati – Singkamas (areas namely: Aranda, Montojo, Primo De Vera, Moonlit, Pasong Tirad, Baron, Ponte, Sotelo Calvo)
  • Makati – Brgy. Tejeros (areas namely: Aranda, Montojo, Primo De Vera, Pasong Tirad, Ponte, Tella, Barron, Yague, Pasong Tamo, Chino Roces)
  • Makati – Brgy. San Lorenzo (areas namely: Amorsolo, Chino Roces, Pasong Tamo, Ecology Village, Don Bosco, Sabio, H.V Dela Costa, Vito Cruz, Tordesillas, Valero, San Agustin)
  • Makati – Brgy. Bel-Air (areas namely: San Agustin, Valero, V.A Rufino, Leviste, Gil Puyat, Alfaro)
  • Poblacion, Makati – (areas namely: Jacob, Gen.Luna, Manalac, Osias, R.Palma, P.Burgos, Ilaya, Gabaldon, Villena, Matilde, Gloria, Enrique, Salamanca, DM Rivera, San Mateo, A.Mabini (left), Pagulayan Sts.)
