Ten drug suspects and six persons wanted for various crimes and offenses were arrested during police operations on Thursday, Oct. 12, and Friday in the province of Bulacan.

Bulacan police said the 10 drug suspects were apprehended in separate drug stings by San Rafael, Bustos, San Miguel, San Ildefonso, Bocaue, and Meycauayan police.
A total of 44 sachets of suspected shabu amounting to P71,035, drug paraphernalia, and marked money were confiscated.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for examination.
Criminal complaints for violation of Republic Act. 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) will be filed against the suspects.
Meanwhile, tracker teams of the Bulacan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Hagonoy, and City of San Jose Del Monte police arrested a total of six persons wanted for violation of the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000 (R.A 9003), violation of Sec. 10 (a) of R.A. 7610 (Other Acts of Abuse), and violation of Sec. 14 Art. II of R.A 9165.
All the arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting police units or stations.
