Two drug suspects, one of them a female, were arrested by members of the Parañaque Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) during a buy-bust operation conducted early Thursday morning, Oct. 12.
Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Roderick Mariano identified the suspects as alias Robin and Rose.
Based on the report submitted by Parañaque city police chief, Col. Reycon Garduque, the suspects were arrested at around 5:30 a.m. along Lopez De Leon St., Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.
He said members of the SDEU were able to confiscate from the suspects 160 grams of shabu with an estimated value of P1,088,000.
The SPD chief said the seized illegal drug items was turned over to the SPD Forensic Unit (SPDFU) for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
The arrested suspects were immediately detained at the Parañaque police custodial facility and were charged for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

We are actively engaging the public to join hands in this fight against drugs by reporting any information related to drug activities to the nearest police stations,” Mariano said.
