CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – A New People’s Army rebel was arrested by the police and military in Infanta, Quezon on Wednesday, October 11.
The 405th A Maneuver Company, in a report to Police Regional Office 4-A director Police Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas, identified the communist guerrilla as “Jay-P” or “JP” and “Kobe.”
Jay-P, who was arrested in Sitio Kiborosa, Barangay Magsaysay, was the regional level fifth most wanted NPA rebel and listed on the Periodic Status Report (PSR) for the crime of frustrated murder.
The court recommended P200,000 bail for his temporary liberty. He is now in the custody of Infanta Municipal Police Station.
