The buy-bust operation took place at the parking lot of a mall along North Avenue, corner EDSA, Barangay Pag-asa, Quezon City on Tuesday.

Citing the report of PDEA Region 3, Central Luzon police regional director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said the arrested suspects were identified as Nerissa Santos Sarmiento alias "Joan", 48, of Barangay Perez, Bulakan, Bulacan; Lecil May Largo Ladjahasan, 47, married, of Barangay Francisco Kapulid, Bulakan, Bulacan; and Adih Aklabul Ismael, 25, single, of 19 A Basilan Street., Salam Compound Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.
Authorities recovered around 75 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P510,000 as well as the marked money used by an undercover agent in the operation.
The operation was jointly conducted by agents of PDEA Central Luzon and National Capital Regional, and Philippine National Police counterparts.
Charges for violation of section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to Section 26B (conspiracy to sell) of Republic Act 9165 will be filed against the suspects.
