The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the date and venue of the face-to-face mass oathtaking of new guidance counselors.

In a Facebook post on Oct. 10, PRC said the oathtaking will take place in Bacolod City at 12 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Successful examinees who wish to participate in the in-person mass oathtaking are required to pre-register at http://online.prc.gov.ph before noon on the day of the oathtaking date.
PRC also said the inductees must print the oath form with the generated quick response (QR) code to be tagged as "attended."
Inductees must also bring either a vaccination card or a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test performed 48 hours before the event.

For those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking, participants may request a special appointment or join the online ceremony to be posted once the schedule has been confirmed.
Furthermore, new guidance counselor inductees must make an online appointment on the PRC official website to complete their initial registration right after taking the oath.
