Cebu Pacific increases international flight capacity by 63%
Philippine low-cost airline Cebu Pacific announced that its capacity for international flights has increased by 63 percent from its pre-pandemic level, with 700,000 more seats expected to be filled by the end of 2023.
“In Cebu Pacific, we believe in making first moments happen. As such, we are grateful to all our passengers who have chosen to fly with us for their first international trips all these years,” said Candice Iyog, CEB Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer.
“We hope to continue being a part of these wonderful memories with our customers as we aim to expand our operations and enable them to juander far and wide,” Iyog added.
Cebu Pacific flies to 35 domestic areas in the Philippines, and 25 international destinations. The newest flight to Da Nang, Vietnam will begin operations on Dec. 7.
To cater to the increased capacity and meet the expanding demands of international air travel, the airline has accepted 12 aircraft deliveries, with seven more incoming before the end of the year.
Moreover, Cebu Pacific continues to offer low travel fare options to make both international and domestic travel affordable to Filipinos.
These options include the ongoing October Super Seat Sale until Oct. 15, offering one-way base fares for as low as P88 to selected local and overseas trips booked until April 30, 2024.
