Marcos said this during the official launch of the Food Stamp Program (FSP) and the distribution of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards in the Siargao Islands, Surigao del Norte, on Sept. 29.
In his speech, the President hoped that beneficiaries of the said program would use their EBT cards wisely, as he assured them that the government would continue supporting them.
"Para naman sa ating mga benepisyaryo: Nawa’y gamitin ninyo ang inyong mga EBT cards nang wasto (For our beneficiaries: please use your EBT cards properly)," he said.
"Katuwang ninyo ang pamahalaan hindi lamang sa pagbuo ng inyong mga pangarap, kundi sa pagsasakatuparan ng mga ito (Your governemnt is with you not only in fulfilling your dreams but also in chasing them)," he added.
With this, Marcos said no one will be left behind in the "Bagong Pilipinas."
"Tandaan po ninyo: Sa itinataguyod natin na Bagong Pilipinas, walang gutom (Remembers: It the Bagong Pilipinas that we're establishing, no one will be hungry)," he said.
"Walang gutom at lahat ng mga Pilipino ay produktibo at may positibong pananaw sa buhay (No one will be hungry and every Filipino will be productive with a positive outlook in mind)," he added.
Meanwhile, President Marcos thanked international partners for supporting his administration's programs.
"This program is a product of our continuing and meaningful engagement, which is why I thank you once again for supporting the Philippines," he said.
"While we strive to effectively and efficiently implement this initiative, we will also remain steadfast in creating more programs to alleviate the plight of our people," he added.
Marcos told them that their investments would not be wasted.
"Rest assured that your investments in the Filipino people will bring about the progress and prosperity that we all aspire for," he said.
"With your support, I am certain that we can empower even more disadvantaged Filipinos to rise and make a different course for their future—a future without hunger," he added.
