Cavite remains a major investment hotspot for Megaworld in Luzon

Property giant Megaworld continues to reinforce its presence and confidence in Cavite, with three out of the Megaworld Group’s five townships in the fast-rising province coming from the portfolio of its subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), the Philippines’ leading developer of master-planned integrated tourism estates.

Currently, five out of the 30 townships of the Megaworld Group in the Philippines are located in Cavite. These include the three GERI townships Southwoods City covering both Silang in Cavite and Biñan in Laguna (561 hectares), as well as Arden Botanical Estate (251 hectares) and Sherwood Hills (340 hectares) both in Trece Martires. Completing Megaworld’s Cavite townships are Maple Grove (140 hectares) in General Trias and Suntrust Ecotown (350 hectares) in Tanza.

The latest development to come from GERI in Cavite is Sherwood Hills, an integrated lifestyle community located near Governor’s Drive in the City of Trece Martires. It is within this lush, expansive development that GERI’s Zen-Balinese fusion-inspired luxury residential village Prana Garden Villas is rising soon.

There will be plenty of green, landscaped open spaces within Prana Garden Villas, more than enough for residents to enjoy their commune in nature just outside their doorsteps.

Prana Garden Villas is the latest development from GERI, a company that was hailed as the ‘Best Lifestyle Developer’ at the 2022 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. Years prior, GERI was also feted as ‘Outstanding Developer of the Year’ in the 2018 FIABCI-Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards.

To date, GERI's portfolio includes nine tourism estates, namely: Arden Botanical Estate and Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, Cavite (251 hectares and 340 hectares, respectively); Alabang West in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila (62 hectares); Boracay Newcoast in Malay, Aklan (150 hectares); Eastland Heights in Antipolo, Rizal (640 hectares); Southwoods City in Biñan, Laguna and Carmona, Cavite (561 hectares); Sta. Just this August, GERI reported that its net income in the first half of 2023 grew by 17% to P996-million compared to last year’s P848-million as real estate, rental, and hotel businesses posted robust performance during the period.
