High-value drug suspect arrested in Pasay City buy-bust

A 38-year-old man tagged as a high-value individual (HVI) in the police's drug watch list was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement (SPD-DEU) and Pasay City police on Saturday, Jan. 7.

SPD Director Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft said the suspect, identified as Larry Boy Flores Navarro, was arrested around 7:00 p.m. along Amazing Show in Barangay 76 Zone 10, Pasay City.

Kraft said the operating teams were able to confiscate from the suspect about 50 grams of shabu worth P340,000.

He said that aside from the shabu, police operatives also confiscated from the suspect one plastic sachet containing dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops worth P4,920, the P1,000 buy-bust money, and one green Yamaha Mio Soul motorcycle.

The suspect is now detained at the SPD-DEU custodial facility and was charged for illegal possession of drugs.
