Gerald Anderson on tying the knot with Julia Barretto: 'We're almost there'

Gerald Anderson was quick to laugh off talk about him and girlfriend Julia Barretto having supposedly already said their "I Do's" in secret.

"Fake news," he told us with a laugh during the recent press conference for his new film, Mavx's "Unravel."

"Come on," he added. "I'm too old for that. If it did happen I won't keep it a secret."

Ok. But have they discussed it already at the very least?

"Marriage? Well, kind of, yeah," he answered. "Nothing really serious. Usap lang. We're not in a rush at this point. But if you ask me if she's the one, of course, yeah."

So when exactly is the wedding?

Gerald laughed again, retorting, "Basta ako, hindi ko itatago if ever. 'Yun lang muna. I mean, kapag nag-start ako mag-family everyone will know. It's not something I will hide. But I want to be ready. Kailangan I'm in a position na set na ang family ko. And you know, we're getting there. We're almost there."
