Blacklist sends RRQ Akira crashing to lower bracket, faces RRQ Hoshi next

Blacklist International ripped the "dark horse" tag of RRQ Akira and sent it to the lower bracket with a 3-1 victory in the upper bracket quarterfinals at the M4 World Championships at the Tennis Indoor Senayan on Sunday, Jan. 8.

Getting their hands on their old reliable picks, the defending champions proved that their patented UBE strategy can still thrive in the current burst META to score the convincing series win that forged a double Philippines vs Indonesia rivalry in the upper bracket with Blacklist taking on RRQ Hoshi and ECHO facing up against Onic Indonesia.

RRQ tried to pump some life to its hopes, averting a sweep with a 15-3 fightback in Game 3.

Blacklist though would not be denied as it cruised to a 19-4 clincher in Game 4. Oheb finished with a 7-1-2 line on the Beatrix while OhmyV33nus set the pace with a 1-0-17 tally on the Estes.
