Ginebra San Miguel Inc. bagged its third Catholic Mass Media Award (CMMA) from the Archdiocese of Manila. GSMI is the only liquor brand cited by the CMMA. This year, it won two of the distinctive CMMA rock trophies for Best Digital Ad - Branded and for the first time, Best TV Ad - Branded for the “Hanggang sa Huling Patak ng Bagong Tapang” campaign.
"We are deeply honored to be awarded again by this prestigious organization. Our back-to-back recognition made this year extra special," said Ron Molina, marketing manager.

"Our latest marketing campaign, 'Hanggang sa Huling Patak ng Bagong Tapang,' serves as a constant reminder that in the most trying and lowest of times, when goals seem impossible to reach, there is still that last ounce of courage. That one last push. Ginebra San Miguel showcased that indomitable spirit Filipinos are known for all over the world. It paid tribute to the working-class Filipinos who struggle every day but choose to rise above the challenges of the pandemic."
Representing GSMI during the CMMA awarding were Ginebra San Miguel Group brand manager Paolo Tupaz, assistant brand manager Jennifer Guevarra, and brand assistant Angelica Sevandra.
"This recognition is a testament to a lot of hard work, resilience, and malasakit by the whole team from top to bottom. Ika nga, hanggang huling patak ‘yung binigay namin dito," said Tupaz.
Ginebra San Miguel also received “The Rock” in 2020 and 2021 for campaigns "Tapang na Tunay" and "Bagong Tapang sa One Ginebra Nation," respectively. Launched in 1978, the CMMA honors responsible and values-instilled programs and communicators in radio, print, advertising, television, and film.
