Albay 3rd district Rep Fernando "Didi" Cabredo is forced to take a short break from parochial duties due to what appears to be a health issue.

"I will be away from work for a few days. See you soon," Cabredo wrote in Facebook poat Wednesday, Jan. 4.

The post came with a photo of the congressman who was on a wheelchair. He was obviously in a hospital and was flanked on either side by medical professionals.

Cabredo was also hooked up to intravenous fluids.

Because of this visual, the comments section of the post understandably filled to write messages of concern and support for the solon.

"Slow down and take a rest, its been so hectic for you in the past. Godbless!" wrote one Janis Silo Pigon.

"Get well soon Boss. Hoping and praying for your fast recovery," said another commenter in Ferdinand Priagola.

Whatever Cabredo's condition is, he appeared to be at work as recently as Tuesday night.

"Good to see you last night, Be well Cong Didi," commented local broadcast journalist Julius Manahan.

Speaking of work, there are still those who expect the Bicol lawmaker to be up and running in a few days time. Case in point, the message of netizen Gerry Hatol to Cabredo: "Get well soon bro & see you on Jan 14 installation of Bulusan lodge."
