Justine Baltazar takes act to KBL for Seoul Samsung Thunders

It didn’t take long for Justine Baltazar to find a new home in Seoul Samsung Thunders.
The 25-year-old forward will now be taking his act to the Korean Basketball League for the 2022-2023 season, according to multiple reports.
After an uneventful stint in the Japan B.League that saw him barely getting any minutes in eight games, Baltazar was quick on his feet to get back to the scene.
Just five days before Christmas, the 6-foot-9 power forward was released by the Hiroshima Dragonflies.
With a stockpile of disappointing games, the Thunders are currently holding a 10-18 record at the back of the 10-team tournament.
Baltazar was actually the third Filipino-blooded player that was tapped by the Seoul Samsung as an import since the previous two reinforcements fell through.
The spot was initially offered to Will Navarro who was then dissuaded from flying to Korea due to a dispute with the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.
The former La Salle standout though will be making a pit stop at the Dubai Invitational Tournament where former NBA star Nick Young will also be suiting up for the Strong Group Philippines.
However, Baltazar is racing against time to make it to the last call for an import in the KBL.
