Classes, work in gov't offices suspended in Quezon, Laguna

LUCENA CITY -- Classes in public and private schools and work in government offices were suspended in several towns in the provinces of Quezon and Laguna on Thursday, Jan. 5, due to inclement weather.

In Quezon, classes on all levels in the towns of Burdeos, Polillo, including government offices, General Nakar, Jomalig, Panukulan, and Patnanungan were cancelled.

Kindergarten to high school classes in Real and Infanta were suspended.

All classes in the towns of Bay, Cavinti, Famy, Luisiana, Mabitac, Majayjay, Paete, Pakil, Pangil, Santa Maria, and Siniloan and Cabuyao City in Laguna were also cancelled.
