Song Hye-kyo's 'The Glory' debuts on Netflix chart; Song Joong-ki's 'Reborn Rich' in top 10

Netflix released its latest Global Top 10 chart, showing the most viewed shows and films on the platform from Dec. 26 to Jan. 1.

Under the TV (Non-English) category, Korean star Song Hye-kyo’s drama “The Glory” debuted at No. 3 with 25.41 million hours viewed.

“The Glory” part 1, released on Dec. 30, also stars Lee Do-hyun, Lim Ji-yeon, Park Sung-hoon, Yeom Hye-ran, and Jung Sung-il.

The Japanese series “Alice in Borderland” occupied the first two spots. “Alice in Borderland” season 2 took first place in the TV (non-English) category with 74.3 million hours viewed. “Alice in Borderland” season 1 placed second with 30.22 million hours viewed.

“This week marks the most hours viewed in a week for a Japanese series,” according to Netflix.

The Korean drama “Alchemy of Souls: Part 2” grabbed sixth place with 17.17 million hours viewed while the Korean dating show “Single’s Inferno: Season 2” placed seventh with 14.88 million hours viewed.

Song Joong-ki’s hit drama “Reborn Rich” grabbed 10th place with 11.98 million hours viewed.

Under the TV (English) category, “Wednesday” Addams continued to dominate, grabbing first place for the sixth straight week with 103.96 million hours viewed.

“Wednesday” is No. 2 on Netflix’s most popular list with 1.23 billion hours viewed in the first 28 days on the platform.

In the English Films category, the “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” placed first with 127.25 million hours viewed to become the most viewed title this week.
