The Philippine representatives made quick work of Occup Thrones, the MPL MENA Fall 2022 champion, in their first game before capping off the impressive showing in the groups with a dominant victory over SEA rival RSG SG.

It was Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya who showed the way to the MPL PH Season 10 silver medalists, diving through the enemy backlines using his EXP lane Yu Zhong pick.

He finished with a perfect 5-0-6 line on his signature hero while also providing enough space to ECHO damage dealers to freely farm across the map.

Behind the zoning from Sanford, Alston “Sanji” Pabico’s Yve and Jaypee “Jaypee” Cruz’s roaming Chou, Benedict “BennyQT” Gonzales was untouchable on his gold lane Harith posting a neat 8-0-7 line as ECHO ended the game, 19-5.

Meanwhile in the second game, Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera made a rousing debut in the world stage as he returned to main five after sitting out the first two games. He provided the initiations on his signature Tank Chou pick that led to early game pickoffs that enabled Karl “Karltzy” Nepomuceno’s Fanny and BennyQT’s Karrie to reach their power spikes.

The signature "ECHO Express" rolled over RSG SG from there before a split push play from Karl and BennyQT off a diversion play from Sanji’s Valentina and Sanford’s Grock at the 15th minute sealed the deal for the team.

Karltzy unloaded a 5-2-3 line on the Fanny while Yawi set the pace for the rout with a 1-2-10 KDA on the Tank Chou pick.

ECHO now awaits its opponent which will be the second seed team from the Group D
