While some products can be outsourced, the company has chosen to do things in-house. The company roasts its own coffee every week in its Mandaluyong roasting facility using a German Probat roaster, to ensure that customers always get freshly made and the best quality coffee possible.

Trained by the Institute for Coffee Excellence, FCG’s Master Roaster, Randy Catapang, and his team also keep abreast of the latest in coffee roasting technology. With the state-of-the-art roasting facility, meticulous sorting of beans, and proper blending combined, FCG is confident in providing the highest quality coffee beans.

“Our Quality Assurance department closely monitors the production of all of our products to ensure that they are of the highest caliber possible, making sure that all produced goods will be of the standard quality”, FCG chief operating officer, Mike Barrett shared.

Aside from serving an exquisite line of coffee-based beverages in stores, customers can also brew their own coffee drinks at home with the use of Figaro’s beans. Figaro Coffee offers 7 different types of blends and roasts of coffee beans which customers may use to craft their perfect cup of coffee at home or wherever they may be.
